Job Summary:
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive branding strategies that strengthen our market position, enhance brand recognition, and support our business growth objectives for a new online brokerage brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated brand strategies across traditional and digital marketing channels
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify brand positioning opportunities and competitive differentiators
- Create comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Lead end-to-end media buying strategy, including:
- Comprehensive media landscape analysis
- Develop and manage media buying budgets with a focus on ROI and cost-efficiency
- Execute cross-channel media strategies including digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast media
- Execute cross-channel media strategies including digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast media
- Analyze media performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Identify and leverage emerging media platforms and innovative advertising opportunities
- Collaborate with acquistional marketing, product, and design teams to develop cohesive brand narratives and communication strategies
- Manage and optimize brand performance metrics, tracking brand awareness, perception, and engagement
- 8-10 years of progressive brand management and media buying experience in financial services or fintech industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated brand campaigns and media strategies
- Deep understanding of media buying ecosystems, including OOH, traditional media such like TV, Streaming TV, programmatic advertising, native advertising, and performance marketing
- Advanced analytical skills with proven ability to interpret complex media performance data
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful media buying campaigns and brand development
