We are looking for a talented Senior Content Marketing Manager to grow the footprint of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program across multiple worldwide countries. The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low start-up costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience.
This Sr. Content Marketing Manager will build and manage a content marketing program for Amazon DSP across UK, EU, Asia Pacific and Middle East. This person will manage the end-to-end content marketing plan, including but not limited to, the annual content calendar, messaging, editorial, and candidate communication through the marketing journey. They will work cross-functionally with the field marketing managers, business development, recruitment and onboarding teams to own an optimized and measurable candidate communication journey.
The ideal candidate has a track record of building and managing content marketing programs across multiple countries, including writing original content and deep knowledge of content distribution and localization strategy, as well as a data-driven and an analytical mindset to identify key developments and industry trends, and understand how to distill 1P and 3P data in a storytelling manner.
This role is based in London and will report into the Head of Marketing.
Key job responsibilities
• Build a content marketing strategy, including tactical execution and managing agency partners
• Manage website content, optimizing for SEO, onsite engagement and acquisition conversion
• Write and publish content that showcases DSP’s value propositions
• Produce varied content, including but not limited to blog posts, DSP testimonial video and articles, 3P publications, webinars, etc.
• Develop and manage end-to-end process for developing a content calendar, editorial, management and publication of content
• Work with internal teams to identify key opportunities, launches, trends and data, and develop content relevant for the customer
• Develop a process to work cross-functionally with marketing, business development, recruitment, BI, legal, PR and others, identifying and removing blockers to move quickly.
• Earn trust with senior leaders; develop and manage DSP interviews and thought leadership pieces
• Thoroughly understand content writing process, including research, fact checking, publication, and distributionCreate a vision for the short and long-term content strategy requirements for scale
• Oversee proofreading and edit copy as necessary, ensuring compliance with legal and Amazon policies
• Triage requests according to the business needs
- Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
