About the RoleΒ
As we scale, we're looking for a Senior Field & Growth Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing, ABM, events, and demand gen efforts. As the #2 to our Head of Marketing, you'll define strategies to take Kodex to the next level with direct ownership of results.
What You'll Do
Field Marketing & ABM
Own our ABM targeting strategy and create tailored marketing efforts for top-tier accounts
Plan and execute high-touch events (dinners, roundtables, VIP experiences) to engage ideal customers
Develop ABM-focused digital campaigns to drive attendance and engagement
Manage post-event nurturing to convert attendees into opportunities
Connect all programs to pipeline and revenue metrics
Event Management
For 3rd party events: Own Kodex's participation in strategic industry events, negotiate sponsorships, and secure speaking engagements
For our own events: Handle end-to-end planning, budget management, vendor coordination, and logistics
Track success metrics including attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI
Demand Generation & Event Amplification
Drive organic and paid strategies (LinkedIn, Google) for high-value accounts
Create multi-channel event promotion campaigns
Develop live event content and ensure strong post-event engagement
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in field marketing & events at a B2B tech startup
Strong understanding of ABM strategy and account-specific campaigns
Experience with enterprise sales motions and sales team collaboration
Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter
Excellent project management skills to handle multiple programs simultaneously
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Hubspot, Clay, and other marketing tools
