The opportunity. 

We are looking for an outstanding Industry Marketing Manager, Financial Services (Banking and Insurance) to help drive expansion at one of the most exciting and fast-growing decision intelligence companies. Joining the Product Marketing and Communities team, this role will be responsible for raising awareness and accelerating pipeline growth in Financial Services, focused on driving momentum for Quantexa. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and award-winning team and play an instrumental role in the next phase of Quantexa’s impressive scale-up journey following its $175 million Series F funding round taking the company's valuation up to $2.6 billion. Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence Platform is helping organizations in the public and private sectors solve major challenges across financial crime, risk, fraud, and data management.     

What you’ll be doing.

  • Spearhead the evolution of global go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing plans for the Financial Services Industry; working cross-functionally with industry leads, sales, product marketing, demand generation and regional field stakeholders to raise awareness and generate demand. 
  • Develop and maintain an industry calendar of all go-to-market activities including sales enablement, relevant events, PR, partner marketing, campaign activities and community engagement.  
  • Build Financial Services positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonate with customers and the market to highlight our differentiation. 
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape.  
  • Support with sales enablement to equip the sales and BDR teams with industry messaging, buyer personas, campaigns, resources and training to sell more effectively. 
  • Define the buyer journey and collaborate with the Demand Center to build campaigns and determine best go-to-market channels that drive qualified leads and revenue growth, ensuring the right touch points, content, CTA’s throughout.  
  • Create short form copy for campaigns and assets when necessary, such as email copy, landing pages, and banner ads using pre-defined templates.  
  • Support sales, partners and industry leads to develop content for presentations, whitepapers, industry overviews and proposals 
  • Partner with Alliance Sales and Marketing teams to formulate the Financial Services through and with partner marketing strategy.   
  • Joint collaboration with Demand and Field Marketing teams to track and measure all marketing programs, recording costs, leads, and influenced and sourced opportunities.   
  • Work closely with sales and field marketing teams to develop and implement ABM plans for top strategic Banking and Insurance accounts.   
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal partners and external agencies, such as designers, content writers, and third-party resources to develop relevant assets including eBooks, whitepapers, videos, webinars, etc.   
  • In partnership with Field Marketing, support the implementation of local events strategy and programs to ensure they are aligned with overall Banking and Insurance campaign objectives.  
  • Provide recurring industry marketing updates including campaign metrics to key stakeholders with data-driven insights and next steps.   

What you’ll bring.  

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the Financial Services industry. 
  • Proven marketing expertise in a high-growth B2B tech company, with a focus on positioning, messaging and GTM strategy for the Financial Services sector. 
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills with the ability to project manage, influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. 
  • Analytical problem solver with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions. 
  • Solid understanding of ABM and field marketing concepts, along with best practices in strategy and execution. 
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and sales enablement platforms. (Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, Showpad advantageous) 
  • A creative thinker with a proactive mindset who takes a hands-on approach to drive global marketing initiatives that align with business priorities.
