We’re seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to spearhead the design and implementation of customer lifecycle strategies. This position will be pivotal in enhancing customer engagement, improving retention, and driving customer lifetime value (CLTV).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead lifecycle marketing strategies to optimize customer experiences across activation, retention, and reactivation stages.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email and text messages to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Leverage behavioral and demographic data to create advanced segmentation strategies and identify opportunities for improved customer journeys.
  • Oversee content creation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across lifecycle communication channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics regularly, providing actionable insights and strategic adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on best practices, continuously refining lifecycle strategies to maintain a competitive edge in customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing with a proven track record of driving activation and retention strategies in Western markets.
  • Proficient in customer journey mapping, audience segmentation, and developing data-driven strategies to enhance lifecycle performance.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau), with experience managing CRM integrations.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and messaging effectiveness.
  • Written communication: A knack for writing or collaborating on great copy, with subject lines and impactful messaging as your strengths.
  • Background in industries such as travel, marketplaces, SaaS, or mobile applications is preferred.
