Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Contractor Marketing will develop, lead, and execute The AZEK Company’s strategic vision, growth strategy and key initiatives to drive acquisition and engagement across all contractor segments.
Key areas of responsibility include: development and execution of strategic plans to drive contractor acquisition and engagement, management and growth of the contractor loyalty program, development of go-to-market and content plans to support contractor development and onboarding and creation of tools and resources to drive revenue growth.
Your primary duties and responsibilities will be:
Strategic Planning and Program Management
-Build strategic plans designed to increase acquisition and engagement of contractors across multiple segments including decking, general contractors, repair and remodel, etc.
-Drive growth of the Contractor Loyalty Program through:
---Ensuring seamless integration of Contractors to new portal including integration into SalesForce.com
---Onboarding and support for new contractors
---Increasing program participation and revenue
---Developing tools and applications to drive business growth
-Manage 3rd party vendors to continue evolving and improving program tools
-Manage all facets of the Annual Contractor Summit
Go-to-Market & Content Planning
-Develop omni-channel go-to-market and content plans to drive awareness and engagement with the TimberTech brand as well as increased participation in AZEK’s loyalty program
-Partner with Integrated Marketing and Digital / Web Teams to launch strategic acquisition campaigns focused on priority growth markets
-Build content frameworks and partner with internal Creative Team on asset development
-Manage and grow AZEK’s brand ambassador and partnership programs
Position Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, MBA is a plus
-7-10+ years of experience in a corporate, brand and/ or channel marketing; experience with contractor marketing a plus
-Demonstrate a history of driving results and sales growth
-Specific work experience in similar type roles including marketing, channel marketing, sales, consumer insights and strategy, advertising, project management, and written communications
-Strong project management/organizational skills required
-Ability and experience to present to C-Suite executives
-Able to build strong relationships with a wide range of both internal and external partners/customers
-Demonstrated success in developing and implementing dynamic new customer/channel/market strategies
-Exceptional verbal, analytical, reporting, and presentation,
-High proficiency within SalesForce.com, PowerPoint, and Excel
