The Job

The needs of the user is everything to us, and how those needs are served falls under our Product teams.

They’re ideators of easy to use, information rich resources across our whole platform who - along with Analytics teams - get to the ‘why’ in order to create unrivaled user experiences.

As Flo’s  Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager, you’d be developing and executing a comprehensive campaign strategy to engage and educate millions of global users through email and push notifications, positively impacting their daily health and wellbeing.

Working closely with our technical CRM team, as well as the Product, Product Marketing and Content teams, you’d be building, launching and testing campaigns which align with Flo’s brand values, working on our most exciting and critical product launches, and helping to grow the business by resonating with a global active monthly audience of over 70 million people.

This is a leadership role for someone who’s comfortable operating at both a strategic and implementation level. 

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about female health, can mentor our Growth Marketing team and is excited by the opportunity to take user relationships to the next level in a period of rapid product & team growth.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Strong (usually 7+ years of) experience in B2C email marketing, including campaign creation, management, and optimization.
  • Experience working in a consumer technology setting.
  • Proficiency in customer engagement platforms (e.g., Braze, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Great stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with Product, Growth Marketing and wider teams to take ownership in campaign leadership. 
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email platform reporting) to track and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively across functions and levels.
  • Knowledge of email best practices, including deliverability, compliance (GDPR), and inbox placement.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in campaign management for health tech products. Reproductive health or other sensitive health topics is a plus.
  • Previous work in a scale-up.
  • 2+ years of management experience.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing a strategy and calendar for marketing campaigns that can be rolled out across the growth and product teams
  • Develop, implement, and refine email marketing campaigns to foster customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the product, content, and design teams to craft compelling email marketing content and visuals.
  • Manage email lists, segment audiences, and deliver personalized campaigns that resonate with customers.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and share insights, offering suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and email marketing best practices to continually enhance effectiveness.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to GDPR and other industry regulations.
  • Mentoring growth marketers across the company.

You'll be targeted on:

  • Improve conversion rates from email and push notification campaigns.
  • Increase customer engagement through improved open rates and click-through rates (CTR).
  • Boost retention by designing and managing retention-focused email sequences.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing to enhance overall performance.
  • Maintain a healthy email domain, low bounce rates and unsubscribe rates.
  • Achieve a positive return on investment (ROI) from email marketing efforts. 

Salary Range: 

Lithuania - Starting from €4900 gross per month.

UK - Starting from £73,000 per year.
