Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh’s International Affinity Practice team as a Senior Marketing Coordinator based in our London office.
Note: This is a 12 mth fixed term contract.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
- Support the development of B2B integrated marketing campaigns for the Affinity practice to deliver a consistent brand experience
- Assist in the writing of emails, video scripts, website, sales decks, newsletters, social posts and other content assets
- Design and produce videos for training, corporate announcements and product launch
- Support internal communications, including employee engagements, senior management announcements, internal products / solutions / services launch
- Track key performance metrics from the marketing campaigns monthly
- Organise an events and podcast calendar for speaking opportunities
- Manage marketing meetings with key stakeholders across different regions
What you need to have:
- Degree level education or relevant professional experience in marketing or content development
- Background/education in Journalism, English and/or Copywriting
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Top-notch oral, verbal and written communication and social listening skills
- Proficiency with photo and video editing tools, and digital media formats
