We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team to look after the marketing strategy for our Nordic partner accounts. This role is ideal for someone with 6-8 years of experience in marketing, particularly within an agency or FMCG environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, juggle multiple priorities, and foster strong partnerships. Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive program growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and lead marketing and channel engagement campaigns across partner channels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, retail excellence, and external partners to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance to inform strategy and improve future activities.
  • Through agency partners, oversee the creation of marketing content, including digital and print.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Periodically present marketing plans and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of marketing experience, with a background in agency-side work or FMCG preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proactive and creative thinker with a proven ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and partners.
  • Proficiency in both Finnish and Swedish is ideal; fluency in Swedish is required. Must be London-based with the right to work in the UK.
