TLDR
A true swiss army knife, this role will be a critical marketing lead for FitXR, supporting a categorical shift in fitness as we know it today. With ownership in both planning and execution of our omnichannel GTM efforts, and bringing heavy influence to social content, PR, and influencer strategies – the ideal candidate will bring a breadth of established marketing knowledge, a hunger to experiment, a sharp creative eye, an unmatched attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach to their work.
Where you’ll spend your time
Lead GTM Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement integrated go-to-market (GTM) plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to align product, marketing, and partners, ensuring impactful rollouts for FitXR.
Oversee social content strategy & execution: Develop guiding principles for our branded socials, and content production plans that are scalable and native to each platform. Partner with Community Lead to nurture social groups and develop brand voice through engagement and moderation tactics.
Support PR/Influencer planning & execution: Partner with external resources to align creators and media to our brand, steering strategic storytelling and content quality that present ourselves as a premium brand.
…And then some. The nature of our business is highly iterative. This role will catch curve balls as they come, and welcome the challenge. We’ll work as a team to find the best solutions, but this role will be the quarterback for the unplanned opportunities that lie ahead.
We’d love to see from you
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
3-5+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing, preferably within the tech, fitness, or digital product sectors
Personal or professional interest in fitness, gaming, or VR technology, with an enthusiasm for blending immersive experiences with health and wellness goals.
Proven experience working with subscription or membership-based business models, with a focus on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
