Objective of the role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with experience in B2B marketing in the life science, healthcare or SaaS business industries.

The role will cover a broad range of marketing activities from the company website, product marketing, digital marketing and lead generation, to in-person and digital events, conference strategy and attendance schedule.

This role will be critical in supporting the commercial team to develop high-quality and innovative marketing plans that contribute to annual targets for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation workflow from identifying future customers, nurturing interest in products and services, and tracking conversion to sales.
  • Product marketing, including product positioning, value propositions and messaging which resonates with customers and the market.
  • Create marketing and sales assets, providing support to account teams as needed.
  • Lead the planning, coordination and execution of hosted in-person and digital events.
  • Lead on the company’s conference strategy, including CEO speaking opportunities, sponsorships and exhibition stands.
  • Execute digital marketing activities such as paid search, display ads, retargeting, email campaigns and social media adverts.
  • Oversight of the company website, updating and creating new landing pages and content when necessary.
  • Manage the events budget, communicating regularly with the senior leadership team and creating regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Identify areas of growth and optimisation within the marketing function to drive further success and ROI.


Requirements
  • 5 years + experience in B2B marketing in the life science, healthcare or SAS business industries.
  • Proven track record of a data driven strategic approach which has created value and driven revenue growth.
  • Ability to translate product features into simple compelling messages that resonate with prospective customers, partners and the sales team.
  • Competent at using CRM software such as Salesforce and its email builder Pardot.
  • Proficient at using design tools such as Figma, as well as market and competitive intelligence tools to inform go to market campaigns such as leadfeeder.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Strong sense of ownership and proactive attitude.
