Senior Marketing Manager
A leading Property Investment agency in the UK, specialising in selling off plan, new build
apartments to investors, is looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Manager to join the
leadership team. Located in the City of London, close to major transport links, this is a Monday-
Friday office-based role offering a competitive basic salary of £50,000 with OTE around £70,000 -
£80,000 due to an outstanding monthly bonus scheme.
Naturally we are looking for a talented and creative Marketer with expertise in Design, Digital and
social media, SEO, Copy and Content creation, but we are also looking for high commercial
acumen. Specifically, the generous monthly performance bonus will be based on Lead Generation
and subsequent conversion into sales.
Ideally you will possess the ability to analyse data and fully utilise a CRM system to maximise
conversion rates and identify the best sources of lead generation on a quality over quantity basis.
With the business generating outstanding sales you will also enjoy having a sizable marketing
budget across multiple channels, such as SEO, social media, paid online and offline advertising,
Rightmove, Zoopla and other channels.

Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field 5+ years’ experience working within a
Marketing department or Advertising Agency.
A solid understanding of marketing principles and best practice across digital and non-digital
channels
Experience of B2B or B2C Marketing in Investment Sales, Property or Financial Services would be
advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to exploit CRMs such as Pipedrive, Hubspot,
Yoho, Salesforce etc. to maximise the potential of an impressive client database built up over
several years.
