We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a strategic role aimed at expanding our reach within the accountancy market, with a primary goal of increasing the number of accountants introducing business to us. You should be both strategically focused as well as be able to execute on these plans to deliver results,

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to engage and partner with accountancy firms.

• Identify and target key accountancy firms for potential partnerships.

• Present the benefits of our cash management platform to accountants and their clients.

• Conduct platform demonstrations and training sessions tailored to accountants.

• Follow up on leads and proactively contact potential new partners via telephone and email.

• Respond to due diligence questions and provide detailed information to accountants.

• Sign up new accountancy firms to the platform and ensure their successful onboarding.

• Prepare and present monthly management reports, including pipeline status and performance metrics.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns targeted at the accountancy market.

• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Insignis Cash Solutions.

• Proven experience in selling to the accountancy market.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and planning skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in a regulated financial services environment is preferred.

Working Pattern

• Hybrid working pattern in London office, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
