We are seeking a Senior Social Content Creator & Media Manager with a strong grasp of social media trends, analytics, and effective content production. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement. As a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, you will craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and showcase our client's unique identities.

You will collaborate closely with our creative and strategy teams to ensure that our social content aligns with brand objectives, excites consumers and excels expectations. You will be confident producing your own content and have access to work our motion team for more in depth projects.

You should have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for brand and packaging stories and an understanding of the evolving digital landscape to keep our content fresh, relevant and breaking new ground.

You will have a portfolio packed full of social content for Linkedin, Instagram and TikTok and be happy working with B2B content that hero's the work the business is doing. You'll be very connected to how the content performs and growing those metrics.

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to produce high-quality visual content (photos, videos, graphics)
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure and report on performance
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A creative mindset with a focus on innovative ideas and strategies
  • Knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing
  • Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms is a plus
