You love nothing more than unpacking and understanding a complex client brief and translating it into a clear strategic framework that creatives can use as a jumping off point for coming up with cutting edge creative. You enjoy working on strategies that have direct creative impact, helping to guide better execution and creative concepting.

You’re comfortable taking audience and behavioural data, mixing it with platform insight, trends and opportunity to construct high-performing campaigns that bring brands, audiences and creators together in authentic and meaningful ways. You have a firm knowledge of measurement frameworks, and a keen understanding not only of how to deliver success for clients, but the ways we can measure and prove the value in each campaign.

You’re an expert at distilling strategy down to what’s necessary, enabling creative and production teams to execute effectively off the back of it.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Brief interrogation: Breaking down and interpreting client briefs, leading strategy workshops both internally and externally with clients

  • Insight & research: Guiding the team through research to uncover insights that can tee up the strategy and creative execution across social and the creator space

  • Industry expertise: Staying up to date on platform and audience specific trends, content formats and creative developments from across the social and influencer landscape

  • Devising strategy: Building strategic frameworks in response to brief that can be used by the creative team as a platform to build from

  • Pitching: selling in your strategy by taking clients with you on the journey of how you got there

  • Creative briefing: Can effectively distil and brief in a creative team to help bring a strategy to life

  • Distribution strategy: Should have a keen understanding of both organic and paid distribution methodologies, and be able to combine them in the right way to deliver successful campaigns

  • People management: Giving feedback and helping more junior team members build out strategies that will deliver on the aims of the brand


What you will need:

  • You are a strategist in a social / influencer marketing agency

  • A social l native with a history of delivering socially led branded content strategies

  • An independent thinker with experience distilling complex client briefs and transforming them into strategically-led creator campaigns

  • Have a keen understanding of influencer marketing and the way in which brands can leverage influencer content across to deliver outcomes across the sales funnel

  • An expert at content executions across all leading social networks, with a specific emphasis and experience working across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

  • Experience turning data points into insights to better inform and de-risk strategy work - using platform data, past campaign data and audience / behavioural data

  • Have a keen understanding of paid and organic distribution methodologies

  • Ability to handle pitch and RFP scenarios with rapid turn around

  • A self-starter, doesn’t need to be told what to do/what needs to be done, can see the gaps and proactively steps in to fill them and offers solutions

  • Continuously seeks out opportunities to learn from wider business functions and apply learnings to your work

  • A proactive project manager who is confident planning complex projects and ensuring all parties are held accountable for their contributions to work

  • A creative storyteller, you are a natural at bringing people on the journey with you, pitching strategy to senior stakeholders both internally and externally - talking to clients, pitching and presenting work

  • Solid communication, organisational and time-management skills - Ability to manage competing priorities and workloads

  • A team player who can work closely with our creative team to ensure all concepts align with the strategy and deliver on the client's goals

  • Creatively curious, enjoys contributing to brainstorms to develop and refine exciting creative ideas

  • Collaborative spirit, able to work across many functions and build rapport quickly

  • Proactive, continuously seeks out opportunities to learn from wider business functions and apply learnings to your work
