Reporting to the Global Head of Brand and Content, the Social Media Manager will be an essential member of the Global Marketing & Communications team. This role will have a particular focus on social and video content, playing a key part in shaping Antler’s global digital presence across platforms, especially YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media video trends, video editing expertise, and a talent for creating visually compelling thumbnails and collateral that drive engagement.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the power of video to captivate audiences, and is ready to make a measurable impact in the global startup space.
Develop and implement a video-first social media strategy, focusing on YouTube and LinkedIn as key platforms.
Organic Social Media Management
Work closely with local teams to identify and amplify shareable stories from across the business.
