About The Role

We are looking for a creative, driven, and highly organized Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to drive and support marketing initiatives that foster brand love, increase awareness, and build long-term brand equity. This role will report to the Director of Brand, and partner cross-functionally across the organization to bring tentpole brand moments, product launches, and integrated campaigns to life. 

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that this person will commute into Graza’s Brooklyn office 4 days per week. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and support go-to-market planning for new products and product collaborations, ensuring alignment across all brand / marketing channels and key stakeholders
  • Partner with the Director of Brand to identify and execute on strategic opportunities that support our brand positioning and marketing priorities 
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all internal brand requests, collaborating with the sales, operations, and broader marketing team to develop digital and print collateral 
  • Support cross-functional content planning for digital channels including social, email, and the Glog (Graza blog) 
  • Act as steward of the brand, ensuring that all copy and creative is aligned with our visual design system and messaging guidelines
  • Build the monthly email & SMS marketing calendar
  • Brief internal copywriter and external agency on email & SMS campaigns
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing and creative team on special projects including merch and packaging 
  • Partner with the Partnerships & Events Manager to support the development of brand partnerships, experiential activations, and community events 
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including our PR & email marketing agencies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a delightful customer experience across all brand touchpoints

The ideal candidate: 

  • Is a creative and strategic thinker with 5+ years of experience in a brand or integrated marketing role 
  • Understands the value of scrappiness and resourcefulness 
  • Is ridiculously organized, with a knack for prioritizing and managing multiple high impact projects at once
  • Has a keen eye for detail
  • Likes to think outside the box
  • Can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment

The base pay range for this role is $105,000-$125,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related skills and experience. Bonuses and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package.
