Bumble is looking for a Sr. Manager, City Marketing to help scale Bumble’s brand as the leading dating and relationships app. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing IRL experiences, localized campaigns, and hyper-relevant partnerships that drive relevance for Bumble in the US.
This role's key focus is on driving favorability and awareness across the US. You should be comfortable executing across a range of marketing initiatives, from locally relevant partnerships to driving cultural marketing strategies and consideration driving product marketing. Throughout your work, you should be confident in driving marketing planning, identifying a roadmap of events for user engagement, and creating imaginative experiences that bring the brand to life with a focus on driving adoption of Bumble.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and feels comfortable juggling multiple projects, switching from experiential execution to strategy with ease and overseeing complex project management and agency relationships. In this role, you will need to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders and you will be a key player in driving collaboration across national initiatives.
We are looking for this role to be based in New York, NY or Austin, TX. We have a dynamic working environment. That means that we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all solution for how much time is spent between remote and office locations. We trust our people to pick the location conducive to the types of work being completed on any given day.
$107,000 - $132,000 a year
Base Compensation Range: $107,000 - $132,000. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
