Job Summary

This position is responsible for creating marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing members. Marketing channels include both digital marketing and traditional methods, such as direct mail and radio. This position will also be responsible for determining the success of each campaign by analyzing and interpreting marketing and financial results. Additional responsibilities include creating presentations that document the campaign results, and creating and maintaining project management documentation.

Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree and two years of experience marketing, strategic planning, research, project management, or health care industry OR five years of experience in marketing, research, project management, strategic planning, or health care industry.
*Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization.
*Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and industry trends.
*Experience developing reports and modeling.
*Analytical and information synthesis skills.
*Knowledge of databases.
*Knowledge of statistical methodology and tools.
*Experience interpreting business and financial information.
*Verbal and written communication and organization skills.
*PC proficiency to include MS Office products

Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Experience in direct marketing or sales support.
*Health insurance or healthcare industry experience

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$54,800.00 - $121,100.00
