The Talent Partner is both a strategic and operational role responsible for aligning business objectives and talent. The Talent Partner will work closely with hiring teams, fellow culture team, and leaders across the business to attract and hire top talent.
The Talent Partner is a full lifecycle recruiting role and requires ‘hands on’ candidate engagement and business partnering.
Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with hiring teams to understand workforce planning and help define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and deliver talent engagement strategies to attract high-calibre candidates for current and future needs of the business
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer accept and pre-boarding
- Provide coaching and guidance to hiring teams on approach to interviewing, candidate experience, and decision-making.
- Leverage data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels, interview process and refine hiring strategies.
- Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Agility to work across multiple teams as required by the business

- Develop and execute initiatives to showcase PortSwigger culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Engage in networking and outreach activities, including attending and hosting industry events.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying PortSwigger mission and values.
