Benefits:
- The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager with previous experience in the premium beauty industry. The Trade Marketing Manager, Americas will be responsible for the creation and execution of the marketing strategy for both wholesale and retail channels across North and South America. They will work closely with the Global Marketing team to execute the global strategy locally.

- Liaise with the Global Marketing Team to create and execute the North America amplification strategy including media buying and budget management.
- Events and pop ups should be localized to maximize the return on investment, such as sampling initiatives, promotional offers and customer recruitment mechanisms.
- Identify and execute high-energy local brand partnerships that help raise brand awareness and attract new customers to drive incremental traffic to stores.
- Finalizing the local activities 3-6 months prior to the campaign ensuring adequate stock cover and budget approval with the VP of Retail and Wholesale and channel owner.
- Liaison with the Creative team + local artworker will be required throughout the process to deploy the global assets with full management on productions processes.
- Review the data to improve the understanding of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend appropriate innovative forward-facing initiatives.
- Represent North America in the relationship with the Global PR agency ensuring value-for-money and effectiveness of their campaigns, ensuring that they remain on-brand and fully briefed on the Americas objectives.
- In collaboration with the Global Marketing Team, support the implementation of local organic influencer out-reach, cultivating a network of brand fans and monitoring organic content + reach.
- Working with the Wholesale Managers, foster close working relationships with all Department Store and Amazon Digital and Marketing Teams gathering insights and building a support network for the brand, and maximizing the share of voice achieved on their platforms.
- Strategizing with the Wholesale Managers, on the calendar of animations and activities with each retailer. Ensuring the calendar maximizes brand share-of-voice and is closely aligned to the global calendar.
- Identify potential external partners for Cross Promotions and Events, organizing a program of activities to support the Marketing Calendar.
- In collaboration with the Global Marketing Team, support the implementation of local organic influencer out-reach, cultivating a network of brand fans and monitoring organic content + reach.
- Working with the Global Digital Team, implementing and monitoring the performance of CRM initiatives
- Leverage presence within North American amenities (local fitness studios, hotels, restaurants) to identify more ways to partner and raise brand awareness within their audiences.
- Spearhead new store marketing events.

Education/Experience:
- 5-8 years of beauty experience in trade marketing; premium brands preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
Language Ability:
Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.
Mathematical Ability:
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
