We're looking for a strategic and hands-on VP of Marketing to join our executive team. This role will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts to drive growth, brand awareness, and engagement with health system stakeholders (CFO, VP Rev Cycle, CMO, CMIO) including front-line physicians. As the VP of Marketing, you will shape and execute a strategy that positions Regard as the leading technology to ensure every patient gets world-class healthcare.

You are an experienced Marketing leader with strategic vision who is passionate about building and scaling a world-class marketing team. Our technology fundamentally improves how care decisions are made ensuring patients have great outcomes all while reducing physician burnout. You will be responsible for the planning and execution throughout the marketing life cycle, including: defining the marketing vision and scope, growth, retention, partnerships, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with engineering, recruiting, sales, product, and operations.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategic vision for marketing alongside leadership to enable company goals
    • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, empowering each member to grow in their expertise.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across our target audiences (physicians, CMIOs, CMO, CFO, VP Rev Cycle)
    • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to articulate Regardโ€™s unique value proposition clearly and compellingly
    • Oversee digital, product, and content marketing initiatives, creating consistent and cohesive experiences across channels
    • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, ensuring alignment with business growth goals
    • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and positioning
    • Drive demand generation efforts to attract healthcare professionals, provider organizations, and other partners, ensuring a strong sales pipeline

Qualifications:

    • 3+ years as Director or VP Marketing (VP preferred)
    • Proven track record in growth marketing, brand building, and leading successful go-to-market strategies for healthcare SaaS products
    • Experience building and managing a diverse marketing team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and improvement
    • Experience working in a high velocity startup (Series A or B)
    • Experience developing & executing comprehensive marketing strategies: digital channels, content marketing, events, agency partnerships, product marketing, demand generation, and customer lifecycle marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Highly collaborative, strong bias to action, focused on continuous improvement, and builds high quality work, teams, and results
    • Experience bringing novel technology to market
    • Experience marketing to health system financial & clinical leaders (CFO, VP Rev Cycle, CMIO, CMO, CQO)

Hybrid Work | Location | Work Authorization

    • For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro area
    • Our expectation for this role is to be in the office 3 days per week. We may request more frequent in-office work during the onboarding period.
    • We will provide relocation assistance to anyone who does not already reside in the NYC metro area
    • We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly
    • For those who enjoy working from our Manhattan office, we offer catered lunches and other fun perks
    • Additionally, hybrid employees have the flexibility to work from locations outside of their home office from up to 6 weeks per year

$190,000 - $260,000 a year
At Regard, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience. We expect the base salary range for this position to be $190,000ย  to $260,000. This is subject to change and may be modified in the future. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
