As VP of Marketing, youโll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the overall marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, aligning closely with our business goals.
Budget Management: Oversee and optimize substantial ad budgets (spanning 7 figures monthly), ensuring cost-effective and impactful campaigns.
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze marketing data and user behavior to uncover insights, optimize campaigns, and ensure ROI on all marketing activities.
Team Building & Management: Mentor and grow the current marketing team, recruit top talent, and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with broader company objectives.
Creative Excellence: Oversee the creation of impactful and engaging marketing campaigns, ensuring the brand voice resonates with our audience.
Execution at Scale: Balance hands-on execution with high-level strategy to deliver measurable results.
Experience: 5+ years in marketing roles with proven success in consumer gaming, entertainment, or a related industry; startup experience preferred. Deep familiarity with gaming audiences and trends is highly desirable.
Analytical Mindset: Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
Leadership Skills: Experience leading and scaling marketing teams, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
Budget Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing large-scale ad budgets - $10M+ annually, bonus if in the gaming space.
Advertising relationships: Strong existing advertising relationships
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Willingness to take calculated risks and explore creative solutions to drive growth.
Creative Vision: Track record of developing innovative campaigns that captivate audiences and grow brands.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with modern marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, analytics dashboards).
Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Executional Excellence: A bias for action with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done when needed.
