Hatch is looking for a VP of Marketing to build and scale our sales-led SaaS marketing engine. This is a founding marketing leadership role, ideal for someone who has successfully grown a B2B SaaS company from early-stage to scale. You’ll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue teams to drive customer acquisition and expansion.
7-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on sales-led growth
Proven track record in sales enablement, ensuring marketing fuels pipeline and revenue growth
Have built or scaled a marketing function at an early-stage company (Series A/B)
Strong experience in events, partnerships, and content marketing
Expertise in digital marketing, paid acquisition, and performance-driven campaigns
Skilled in budgeting and structuring a marketing org to support GTM success
Comfortable partnering with Sales, CRO, and RevOps to optimize lead generation and conversion
Data-driven mindset—able to work with the data team to inform marketing strategies
Sales Enablement & Revenue Support – Align marketing with sales to drive pipeline and accelerate deals
Event & Partnership Marketing – Own events strategy, sponsorships, and ecosystem partnerships to fuel brand awareness and lead gen
Content & Digital Strategy – Lead content creation, SEO, paid acquisition, and performance marketing
Marketing Operations & Budgeting – Build a scalable marketing function, setting up the right structure, team, and tools
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product to refine positioning and messaging
Growth & Data Analytics – Partner with the data team to track KPIs and optimize marketing performance
Own the marketing function at a fast-growing sales-led SaaS startup
Work closely with a CEO and CRO focused on revenue growth
