About the role:

Vistar Media is seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing to lead the strategic development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) and adoption strategies for our diverse suite of products. In this leadership role, you will drive product adoption, shape customer education programs, and work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that our products are positioned effectively in the market. This role is critical in scaling Vistar Media’s marketing efforts as we continue to grow and innovate in the out-of-home advertising space. As VP of Product Marketing, you will have the opportunity to influence the future of our product suite and help position Vistar as a leader in the industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end GTM strategy for Vistar Media’s product offerings, partnering with senior leadership to define and execute market-facing initiatives that align with business goals.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration with product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning and market launch readiness.

  • Focus on expanding product adoption by developing and executing post-launch marketing strategies, including training programs, content development, and customer education initiatives.

  • Own product packaging, pricing strategies, and feature positioning to maximize revenue opportunities and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and develop a growing product marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive cohesive marketing efforts across product lines.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing campaigns and adoption programs, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

  • Work closely with the executive team to provide insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, influencing product roadmaps and go-to-market planning.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective sales enablement tools and content are in place, ensuring seamless communication of product value to customers.

  • Oversee customer education efforts (including Vistar Academy and other educational resources), ensuring clients are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.

  • Represent Vistar Media at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements, showcasing our product innovations and thought leadership.

What experience we’re looking for:

  • 10-15 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a technology-focused organization, ideally in the ad tech or digital media space.

  • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex products, with a strong understanding of how to drive product adoption and customer retention.

  • Deep experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align on product positioning and drive market success.

  • Strong project management skills and experience in leading GTM launches and initiatives at scale.

  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to use metrics to refine and optimize marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • A solid understanding of the out-of-home advertising space or adjacent industries (e.g., digital advertising, programmatic platforms) is a plus.

  • Experience working with sales and finance teams to influence pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy.

  • Technical proficiency with marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pendo, Zendesk, Salesforce) to drive marketing effectiveness.
