The Account Executive is responsible for managing tasks assigned by senior team members on the project and new business opportunities under the supervision of a senior team member. 
Their role is to support day-to-day management of client account, working with multiple internal stakeholders to deliver high quality and scientifically accurate marketing materials. 

What You'll Do

    • Liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and take detailed briefs 
    • Manage status and contact reports 
    • Successfully manage projects with supervision – strong PowerPoint and Excel knowledge 
    • Manage asset approvals (experience using Zinc would be a major advantage) 
    • Undertake administrative tasks 
    • Arrange and attend meetings 
    • Follows up with detailed contact reports 
    • Logs in time and expenses regularly on Workfront  
    • Ensures that the project team update time and expenses regularly on Workfront
    • A background in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare advertising encouraged
