The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven integrated Account Manager to join the Samsung UK Channel & Brand team who can set the pace, agenda and high standards to deliver work through a variety of channels - from developing bespoke origination campaigns to managing the localisation across Print, Digital, D/OOH, Social, Radio and AV.

 

Working into the Account Director with support of Integrated Producers and wider team, this role will require a mix of creative development, delivery and management of projects across a wide portfolio of cutting-edge products and services.

 

The role requires those who thrive in an agile environment with obsessive attention to detail. You should be organised as well as being flexible, a natural problem solver.

How you'd spend your day

 

  • Supporting the Account Directors and Group Account Director in the smooth running of the account, whilst owning specific workstreams/projects.
  • Building exceptional relationships with your clients by gaining their trust and efficiently managing expectations, media agency contacts and any internal/external intermediaries.
  • Being a key point of contact internally – connecting various departments, and for clients across workstreams/projects.  
  • Taking ownership of small and medium projects and overseeing them from start to finish (from receiving the briefs through the agency/external process through to delivery to various media channels).

What we're looking for 

 

  • Origination and delivery experience across Print, Digital and Social. With the ambition to further experience in Radio and AV/TVC.
  • We are looking for an individual who’s energetic, dynamic and above all else driven to deliver. You will be working within a passionate team who care about producing great work.
  • You’re a self-starter, you can be proactive and self sufficient, does whatever it takes to do the best job.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure.
  • You’re ambitious. We’re looking for a candidate who wants to continue to develop their career and sees the opportunity represented by this role. 
  • You’re a collaborator who can build relationships across the agency and client team to give the direction, support, knowledge and expertise needed.   
  • Commercially astute and comfortable in detail of the commercials, including forecasting, reconciliations and billing.
