Our client is a growth stage, venture backed FinTech company revolutionizing the mortgage industry. They are seeking a Growth Lead who understands how to build a high performance revenue funnel in the B2B fintech space. This person needs to have a deep passion for product lead growth strategies and a broad B2B acquisition toolset.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., email, paid media, content marketing, SEO/SEM) to drive qualified leads and conversions.
Optimize the Funnel: Collaborate with sales and product teams to build, track, and optimize the lead-to-customer funnel.
Content-Driven Engagement: Partner with content creators to craft messaging that highlights product value, resonates with fintech audiences, and drives engagement.
Leverage Marketing Technology: Own and optimize marketing tech stack tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to enhance campaign performance and reporting.
Analyze and Report Performance: Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline growth) and use data to inform strategies and improve ROI.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaigns that align with product launches and broader company initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Fintech Experience: 3-7 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on fintech.
