How do we work?
As a key member of 4-person team based in London, you will be a part of a global OANDA's Marketing Department. Cooperating with our Marketing Manager and Performance Specialists, you will support the creation, implementation, and optimisation of campaigns that strengthen our brand, generate leads, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. You will report to the B2B Marketing Manager.
It is a fixed-term contract for a period of 6 months with the possibility to extend it.
In this role, you will:
Provide support in defining, developing, and executing B2B marketing strategies.
Develop integrated marketing campaigns and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute and analyse multi-channel campaigns including email, social media, content marketing and paid media.
Responsible for the acquisition funnel metrics from impression to new traded accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams such as ASO, SEO, and CRO teams to optimise the website UX/UI and client journeys.
Implement demand generation programs and manage the lead lifecycle.
Track lead quality and conversion rates to assess ROI, reporting and presenting to the key stakeholders regularly.
Plan and manage B2B Lead Generation outreach events and sponsorship opportunities.
What skillsets do you need to be successful in this role?
Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role in Marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
Good communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign success and derive actionable insights.
Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
Experience in the Trading industry or similar, as well as an interest in the Crypto industry.
