We are currently seeking a skilled and strategic Commercial and International Finance Manager to join our finance team.

About the Role:
You will work closely with the executive team to proactively generate insights into Commercial activities, driving a positive financial outcome. You will also provide insightful recommendations to develop business models and to provide support to secure customer opportunities.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of financial regulations in international markets as you will be responsible for supporting the International expansion of the business.
You will lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring that the organization meets its financial goals while exploring growth opportunities in global markets. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies in support of international expansion and commercial operations.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to inform business decisions.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for international projects and product lines.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide financial insights and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations in international markets and recommend best practices.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting performance and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor market trends and economic changes to identify opportunities for growth and strategic investment.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Food and Drink industry financial experience,
- Proven experience in a finance management role, particularly in commercial and international finance.
- Expertise with business metric dashboards, developing PowerBI reports.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and practices in international markets.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging with various stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
- Hold a valid full drivers license and have the ability to travel away from home inclusive of overnight stays.
