By producing and distributing high-quality, targeted content, the Content Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in engaging prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into loyal customers.

 

Role Overview

 

The Content Marketing Manager will be instrumental in amplifying XTM International's brand and thought leadership through innovative and strategic content initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic, self-starter who excels in repurposing existing assets, leveraging GenAI technology, and producing multimedia content to engage a sophisticated B2B audience. A background in journalism, product marketing, or a passion for storytelling will set candidates apart.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Content Strategy and Creation
    • Develop and execute a cohesive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, targeting decision-makers in technology, localization, and enterprise-level industries.
    • Create and repurpose high-impact content assets, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, videos, email, and infographics, to support brand and demand generation campaigns toward prospects and customers.
    • Craft compelling narratives that showcase XTM’s value proposition, product and features, use cases, customer success stories, and thought leadership across all stages of the buyer journey
  2. AI-Driven Content Production
    • Utilize generative AI tools to enhance content creation, ensuring high-quality and scalable outputs.
    • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and tools, integrating them into the content workflow to improve efficiency and personalization.
  3. Multimedia Content Development
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create engaging multimedia content, including video scripts, podcasts, and interactive content.
    • Manage and oversee multimedia production processes, ensuring brand consistency and technical excellence.
  4. Content Distribution and Amplification -
    • Optimize content for SEO and distribute across multiple channels, including the website, social media, email campaigns, and industry publications. 
    • Work closely with the demand generation team to ensure content aligns with and fuels lead generation campaigns, ABM initiatives, and nurturing workflows.
    • Develop campaigns designed to generate pipeline and contribute to measurable revenue outcomes.
    • Developing a PR network that includes publications, partners, analysts, influencers, and thought leaders to maximize distribution outreach. 
  5. Performance Analysis and Optimization
    • Monitor content performance using analytics tools, drawing insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
    • A/B test content formats and distribution methods to maximize engagement, lead conversions, and pipeline influence.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align content with product messaging and customer pain points.
    • Act as a content advisor for other departments, helping them translate technical insights into compelling marketing materials.

 

Qualifications and SkillsEssential

  • Experience: 5+ years in content marketing, journalism, product marketing, or a related field, ideally within the B2B technology sector.
  • Content Expertise: Demonstrated ability to repurpose content into various formats and create multimedia assets. Expertise with video development, production, and editing is a big plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity, DALL-E, Mid-Journey, or others) for content ideation and production.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of how to align content strategies with business objectives, particularly demand generation and revenue growth.
  • Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Ahrefs/SEM Rush).
  • Self-Starter: Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
  • Communication: Exceptional English writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
