Qualifications

You believe people come first. Whether it’s our clients, their employees or our team. You believe companies can, and should, have healthy and productive relationships with their people. You believe the deskless employee, in particular, matters as they grow in numbers and are harder to reach. You believe employee engagement and the bottom line increase when companies take care of their people.

You also enjoy solving complex challenges. Where others see a problem, you see a chance to do things differently and make things better. You get a thrill out of building a brand and helping people discover it through inventive and unexpected channels. You want to be a part of scaling a fast-growing tech company that’s making a difference to people across the world.

Here are some experiences we’d love to see:

    • 3+ years in marketing (preferably in B2B software product marketing)
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills demonstrated by a rich marketing portfolio
    • Experience writing content that communicates customer stories and the impact of solutions or products
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ve had to wear multiple hats and take ownership of goals and metrics (preferably experience in a startup or on a growth-minded team)
