Job Summary

Powster’s Creative team is looking for a Junior to Mid-level Creative Project Manager to play a key part in ensuring projects—from high-concept websites to engaging digital activations—run smoothly, stay on track, and meet both client goals and creative standards. You’ll be a communication hub between clients, our creative and development teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Scoping & Planning: Work closely with team members to review project briefs, aligning creative ambitions with technical requirements. You’ll scope out what’s feasible, get timelines organised, and make sure budget requirements are met.
  • Task & Timeline Management: Set clear, practical schedules for each project, breaking down tasks and assigning them to team members, managing key milestones, budgets, scope, and deadlines. You’ll coordinate a mix of projects like websites, platform builds, AR, and video assets, keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Keep clients in the loop with regular, thoughtful updates on progress, budgets, and any changes in scope. You’ll make sure everyone’s on the same page with the project status and have lead time to review key stages.
  • Quality Control: Be a second set of eyes on designs, demos, and final deliverables to ensure they align with the creative vision and client expectations. You’ll also pitch in on testing activities to confirm project quality before launch.
  • Creative Input: Stay curious and engaged with the latest in digital and creative trends. You’ll bring new ideas into pitch sessions and be a part of shaping creative direction for future projects, helping the team stay innovative and ahead of the curve.
  • Post-Campaign Analysis: Support the Creative Strategist by pulling key data insights from GA4 for client or internal post-campaign reports.

  • 1+ years of experience in managing digital, web, or creative projects (marketing or entertainment experience is a plus). Given our current team structure, this role can be perfect for an ambitious junior looking to make the next step in their career with a bit of support or a confident mid-level project manager who likes to take the reins on challenging projects.
  • A strong eye for digital design and keen attention to detail—whether it’s a design alignment or messaging tone, you’re tuned into what works.
  • A proactive communication style that’s adaptable to different teams and client needs—able to listen well, digest a lot of detail and explain back technical or creative information in a simple way.
  • Organisational superpowers: juggling multiple projects and timelines comes naturally to you, and you know how to prioritise to get the best results.
  • Team spirit: You love collaborating and bringing positive energy to every project, keeping morale up, and setting the tone for productive teamwork.
