Our client seeks a dynamic and analytical CRM Marketing Executive to become part of their team. This position focuses on boosting customer engagement and loyalty through cutting-edge CRM tactics. The perfect candidate will have strong enthusiasm, a customer-focused approach to marketing, and a deep interest in using technology to propel business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Oversee and evaluate customer databases to launch targeted marketing campaigns that enhance customer activation and loyalty.
  • Track and interpret customer data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas needing enhancement in the customer journey.
  • Act as the main contact for ad-hoc CRM queries.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of CRM initiatives.
  • Keep informed about crypto industry trends, best practices, and new marketing and customer loyalty technologies.
  • Help create and implement content for CRM engagement channels such as email marketing, push notifications, and in-app content.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to enhance our products and services.
  • Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests and shifting market conditions, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; additional qualifications in digital marketing or CRM are a plus.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in email marketing or retention marketing, especially in customer retention and engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing department roles and functions.
  • Keen interest in the crypto/Web3 industry, with the ability to interact confidently with the community.
  • Strong analytical skills with a curiosity about CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and email marketing ESPs.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify pain points and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive thinker with strong execution capabilities.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
