Lucky Saint:
Customer Marketing Executive
Reporting to:
Customer Marketing Manager
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Customer Marketing Executive to join the team at Lucky Saint as we continue our mission to become the world’s defining alcohol-free brand. In this role, you will be supporting the Customer Marketing Manager to bring the Lucky Saint brand to life across the on-trade (pubs, bars, restaurants, stadiums and hotels) and off-trade (supermarkets, convenience, online) channels by delivering best-in-class activations that educate and inspire consumers to drink Lucky Saint and cement to our customers why we’re the #1 dedicated Alcohol-Free brand in the UK.
We are a team that cares passionately about the brand and continually strive to maintain exceptionally high standards at all touchpoints of the business. We’re interested in people who are bold, ambitious, with great instincts and commercial acumen who are excited to make magic happen by spearheading a revolution in the drinks industry.
Our founder, Luke Boase, launched Lucky Saint in late 2018 with an ambition to change the perception of alcohol-free beer and the drinking experience, worldwide. Since the launch of our 0.5% Superior Unfiltered Lager, Lucky Saint has received widespread attention from top industry professionals, the UK’s best operators, and the media.
A day in the life in this role:
You’ll kick off the week by coming into the office for our all-company Monday Morning Meeting (MMM). You’ll then head downstairs to our pub for a coffee and a catch-up with your line manager, where you’ll run through the big updates from the previous week; your 3 key focusses for the coming week and work through any current blockers to your work. After that, you’ll join a pitching call with one of our sales team and their customer to present some activation ideas you’ve come up with.
After lunch, you’ll get on with writing a design brief for a point of sale (POS) toolkit for our upcoming summer campaign. Once that’s done, you’ll head out into trade with one of the sales execs to meet the team of a new site that’s opened and started pouring Lucky Saint to make sure it’s tasting good, they’ve got the right POS visibility assets on display and that the team feel educated, inspired and confident selling Lucky Saint.
