Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic and organised Transformation and Digital Marketing Assistant to join PA Consulting’s global marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Transformation Manager to support the delivery of strategic change projects and programs. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with our Digital Marketing team to assist in executing marketing campaigns, day-to-day operations, and global channel growth.

 

This role is ideal for someone looking to jumpstart their marketing career. You'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of digital marketing activities while being mentored by experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Digital Marketing team with the scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of campaign content across various digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and web.
  • Coordinate with our Design Studio to ensure timely delivery of assets supporting digital marketing efforts.
  • Ensure that provided content is aligned to our brand and visual identity guidelines.
  • Be a champion for all digital marketing platforms, responding technical queries from the wider Marketing team.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Own the Digital Marketing inbox, flagging queries with relevant team members.
  • Provide general administrative support, including organising SharePoint files, creating and managing POs for license renewals, updating the campaign and content calendar, and coordinating team meetings.
  • Provide administrative support for transformation projects, including scheduling meetings, updating project files, and raising POs.
  • Assist with preparing basic reports and presentations under the guidance of the Senior Transformation Manager.
  • Help coordinate communication by sharing updates, sending reminders, and following up on assigned tasks with team members.

Qualifications

Capabilities:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work well with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, and ability to prioritise a broad workload.
  • Technically savvy, quick to learn, and a “can-do” attitude and proactive about contributing to the team and taking on new challenges.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools is preferred but not essential as long as they are willing to learn under the guidance of a mentor.
