Keyless is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist who will join our Marketing department and will contribute to driving the business forward by developing and executing initiatives to accelerate growth and scale the business.
What will you do?
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working cross-functionally with other departments, you will be responsible for designing, building, implementing and delivering marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company and its solutions.
- Contribute in defining marketing plans & strategies to support the company’s overall goals and objectives
- Implement promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels
- Working cross-functionally to ensure marketing programs are in-line with company objectives
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing in a technology company, preferably B2B SaaS
- Experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, lead generation, positioning, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce and marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo)
- Ability to market online via SEO, paid advertising, email, and social media
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to build great working relationships
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and detail oriented
- Strong empathy for customers (customer-first mentality) and an unwillingness to compromise on user-centered design of processes
- Proficiency in marketing research and statistical analysis
