DescriptionJob Purpose:
Join Charles Stanley, a leading UK Wealth Manager, in an exciting role to drive brand awareness and growth. We seek a results-driven, organised, and creative individual to support the Marketing Manager and digital marketing team in managing our website and digital marketing strategy. This is a 3 month FTC with the likelihood of it being extended a further 3 months.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist the Marketing team in delivering a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall Marketing and Communications plans.
- SEO and Website Management: Oversee SEO and website content management, including creating and updating website pages, writing digital copy with the content team, and ensuring all content is optimised for SEO and user experience (UX).
- Social Media Content: Develop and manage social media content, including writing social copy, providing insights on content format and messaging, and coordinating with internal creative teams and external digital agencies.
- Content Publishing: Manage content publishing across all social media channels and maintain Charles Stanleyโs social media content calendar.
- Performance Marketing Support: Assist the Performance Marketing Manager with affiliates, paid search, and paid social, managing relationships with external agencies.
- Website Optimisation: Support the Digital Marketing Manager in driving website optimisations and enhancements, managing developer workloads, and conducting pre/post-release testing.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency in design and tone of voice across all communications in a multi-brand and multi-channel environment.
- Compliance: Maintain efficient mechanisms for version control and ensure content complies with regulatory and legal standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: A-level education preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar organisation.
- Digital Content: Proven experience in writing and managing digital and social content.
- Digital Marketing Systems: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, especially CMS.
- Social Media Platforms: Experience with social media and campaign platforms.
Knowledge & Skills:

- Tech-Savvy: Naturally curious about technology and new marketing trends, with the confidence to present ideas.
- Financial Services Knowledge: Either a good understanding of financial services or the ability to quickly learn and articulate Charles Stanleyโs products and services.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and effectiveness.
- Key Systems Knowledge: Understanding of key delivery systems, including CMS (preferably Craft) and Google Analytics.
- Team Player: Flexibility to participate in various marketing activities and collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and business goals.
