The role – what you’ll do:
As our Director of Brand & Content, you will develop and drive forward the Dext brand and reputation globally. You’ll lead a team of five content managers and designers, crafting a compelling brand narrative and content strategy that strengthens brand awareness, drives demand, and positions Dext for long-term growth.
Brand Development & Strategy
- Own and develop a unique, memorable brand narrative and identity that differentiates Dext in key markets.
- Oversee the look & feel of the brand, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.
- Act as the brand steward, maintaining consistency in both written and visual formats.
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a content strategy that drives awareness, demand, conversion, loyalty, and advocacy across target segments.
- Manage editorial ownership of all organic channels, partnering with Communications, Digital, Product Marketing, and Field teams to ensure content aligns with commercial goals.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for multiple platforms, including website, blog, social media, video, and campaigns.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with Marketing leadership across Digital, Field, and Product Marketing to deliver impactful brand and content executions.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of content managers and designers.
Drive innovation in creative content production, ensuring Dext stands out in the market.

Preferred Experience
- 10+ years of experience in brand and content marketing within a B2B tech company.
- Proven success in building tech brands and content strategies that drive company growth.
- Strong expertise in content development, media, and brand management.
- Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams.
Skills & Behaviours
- Deep knowledge of SEO strategy, social media, storytelling, and editorial processes.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a structured yet adaptable work style.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality output.
- Experience working in matrix environments, collaborating across multiple teams.
Ability to track and measure success through brand awareness, sentiment, and engagement.
