Company Description

Our Client is looking for an outstanding marketing professional who can help us drive sales and increase brand and market awareness. The Director of Corporate Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing highly effective demand generation initiatives, managing corporate and product brand marketing initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams in the development of corporate and product messaging and content to support these programs. The right person for the job must be strategic, highly creative, a strong leader, an excellent writer and possess the ability to take a program from conception to execution and evaluation against qualitative and quantitative strategic objectives.


Job Description

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager, you and your team will execute key initiatives and responsibilities, including:

• Develop & maintain effective marketing materials and work products including corporate/product/solution collateral, sales materials, decks, etc.

• Execute effective, consistent public relations and outreach campaigns leveraging various media, analyst, events and other channels to ensure Company is positioning itself as the leader in its markets

• Lead and manage effective industry event strategy; coordinate & communicate w/ key partners to garner leverage; monitor and measure success criteria, evaluate results and adjust tactics and strategies to optimize effectiveness/value

• Develop and communicate clear, effective messaging campaigns that build industry awareness and effectively position Company as an innovative market leader

• Continually enhance & optimize website and online presence; including social media and blogs to ensure content is comprehensive, current, accurate and easy to navigate/find

• Design, develop & execute effective lead generation campaigns; develop and measure metrics to evaluate and quantify results; use feedback to optimize campaigns for maximum impact

• Implement effective and ongoing SEO strategy; ensure search engine hits are consistently and prominently positioned (first page) for relevant key words and targeted search criteria

• Formulate plans and manage budgets to meet/exceed company expectations

• Design and implement efficient processes that consistently deliver exceptional results


The position is based in San Francisco and the team encompasses direct reports as well as external providers.



Qualifications

• 10+ years high tech B2B marketing experience


• Ad tech and mobile industry marketing experience is a must have


• Established track record of developing and executing successful marketing initiatives in the above key areas of responsibilities


• International experience


• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)


• Strong organizational and project management skills


• Demonstrated experience managing, motivating and growing teams, including cross-functional teams


• Experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems required


• BA/BS degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or Communications field
