Job Description

What you’ll do:

We are searching for a Director of Marketing. We need a can-do, high-energy critical thinker who defines what needs to be done and then executes in an environment characterized by intensity, speed, collaboration, and excellence. You bring a strong depth and breadth of experience in corporate marketing and know what it means to be scrappy, creative and thrive on making an impact.
 

  • Develop, plan and implement a scalable corporate marketing plan that elevates awareness and drives consideration for ConveyIQ across the recruitment landscape

  • Create and maintain a strong library of sales enablement and product materials that effectively support the sales process and align with ConveyIQ’s value proposition

  • Work closely with the product team to plan for feature and product releases; develop or update supporting sales materials and create & execute promotion plan as appropriate

  • Develop a strong cadence of press coverage & analyst relations, executive speaking opportunities, and submissions to relevant awards to drive brand awareness

  • Define key performance indicators and dashboards to measure, optimize, and focus corporate marketing activities

  • Create and maintain annual event & trade show calendar, identify opportunities for attendance and sponsorships

  • Plan and execute custom events and experiences for prospects and customers in key local markets or alongside industry events

  • Identify and manage partner relationships and ensure any programs are executed effectively

  • Create and execute Account Based Marketing programs

  • Act as the company brand steward through internal education, ensuring consistency in visual and verbal identity, messaging clarity, supporting the ongoing development of the voice of the customer and educating internal stakeholders on changes in the brand strategy

  • Effectively communicate corporate marketing plans and metrics regularly to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

What we need you to have:
 

  • At least 5 years of corporate marketing experience preferably within a SaaS startup.

  • Proven, successful corporate marketing plan creation, execution, measurement, analysis, and reporting

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and external stakeholders such as contractors and agencies

  • A very creative, customer-centric mindset and approach

  • Highly collaborative, self-starter, check the ego at the door, always interested in learning and innovating, unafraid to take action, comfortable with chaos

  • Positive, energetic attitude, and initiative; Strong work ethic

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
