About the role:

You will own the regional marketing strategy, driving full-funnel campaigns, budget management, and marketing KPIs. Acting as the key liaison between Vistar’s corporate marketing and regional teams, you’ll define and execute marketing initiatives tailored to the EMEA market.

You’ll develop cross-channel campaigns, create marketing assets, and craft messaging that aligns with market trends and client needs. With support from a full corporate marketing team (PR, digital, design, and more), this role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategy while staying hands-on. Marketing is a top company priority, making this an exciting chance to shape impactful initiatives and gain high visibility across the business.

What you'll do:

    • Lead regional marketing for EMEA – Own the full-funnel marketing strategy, manage the budget, and drive key marketing KPIs
    • Bridge corporate and regional teams – Act as the main liaison between Vistar’s corporate marketing team and regional sales, client services, and supply teams
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns – Plan and implement cross-channel campaigns across email, website, paid ads, and social media to support business goals
    • Support sales and leadership – Work closely with regional leadership and sales teams to refine positioning based on market trends and client priorities
    • Create and manage marketing materials – Develop EMEA-specific collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, educational content, and blog posts
    • Analyze market trends and customer insights – Identify opportunities for growth and refine marketing strategies based on data and trends

What experience we're looking for:

    • Located in Amsterdam or London
    • 7+ years of marketing experience working in media, advertising or ad tech
    • Generalist marketer with experience in sales enablement, content marketing, digital marketing, PR and events
    • Robust experience producing an array of marketing materials, including content, copy, sales enablement collateral and creative assets
    • Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trendsImpressive verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of a company
    • Excellent analytical skills and experience with campaign performance analysis
    • People management experience
    • Great communication skills - fluency in English
