Your key responsibilities as a Director of Platform will include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive platform strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, ensuring adoption, customer value, and continuous innovation.
• Establishing the platform as the core foundation of the business by driving integration and alignment across product, engineering, and client teams.
• Leading and advocating for platform-first thinking, fostering a culture that prioritizes modularity, extensibility, and interoperability.
• Acting as a key point of influence at executive levels, articulating platform value and proposing strategies to maximize commercial impact.
• Defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess platform success, such as user adoption, ecosystem growth, and time-to-value for clients.
• Partnering with engineering to ensure the platform's architecture supports future growth and innovation while maintaining high performance and reliability.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Director of Platform:

• You must have a proven track record in enterprise product management, preferably with experience launching or scaling platform products.
• You will have strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
• You should have experience in driving adoption and commercial success of platforms within enterprise or B2B markets.
• You need a deep understanding of platform architecture, APIs, and ecosystem development.
