If you are passionate, curious and ready to make an impact, we are looking for you to join the desk as part of the Pan–Euro to UK Cash Equity Sales team in London.

You will be covering Hedge Fund clients in UK on equity and related products.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will assist senior members of the team with marketing of existing Equity products
  • You will cover (co-cover) with senior members of the team of asset managers and financial institutions
  • You will have chance to develop and pitch solutions that fit the needs of our clients
  • You will work closely with our trading, PB and EDG desks in managing client flows
  • You will focus on stock ideas and on enhancing the existing client relationship

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • You demonstrate experience in a markets-based role, preferably in Equities;
  • You understand stock valuation and can understand its interaction with market moves and economics;
  • You bring computer experience with primary focus on Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint and Bloomberg;
  • Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can engage and influence partners and stakeholders;
  • You are good at communicating concepts and ideas, also via documentation, and you are keen to defend their validity and tailor messages to different audiences;
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment of real-time Market pressures and easily remain focused on client needs;
  • You’re attentive to detail and easily adaptable.

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
