About the Role
As the Growth Marketing Director, you will lead transformative growth initiatives, reporting directly to the Global Brands & Marketing Officer. You will champion innovative marketing strategies, oversee content and design responsibilities, and spearhead business development efforts across the Havas Creative Network, driving new client acquisition, consultant engagement, and global business expansion.
This leadership role requires a visionary thinker, an exceptional strategist, and a collaborative team leader who thrives in a fast-paced global environment.
Primary Focus
- Develop and execute a unified global growth and marketing strategy
- Position Havas Creative Network as the partner of choice for prospective clients, consultants, and procurement leaders worldwide
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across all global growth initiatives
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth Leadership
- Craft and implement a global marketing and growth roadmap to support Havas Creative Network’s business goals.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to attract, engage, and convert new clients and partners.
- Lead global prospecting efforts, aligning initiatives across markets and leveraging cutting-edge tools to maximise effectiveness.
2. Innovation in Marketing
- Develop thought leadership programs, research, and digital content strategies to amplify Havas’s market positioning.
- Design engaging campaigns leveraging Havas’s proprietary insights and creativity to build meaningful client relationships.
- Pioneer advanced digital and social marketing strategies to ensure a dynamic presence across platforms.
- Drive content marketing and channel strategies to align with HCN growth priorities for consultants, prospects, and internal growth and creative communities.
- Develop compelling content to attract and engage consultants, prospects, and procurement
- Oversee the creation of innovative production and design outputs, ensuring excellence across all marketing materials
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of global growth marketing channels
3. Leadership & Team Management
- Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the Global Growth Marketing team.
- Mentor and inspire team members, ensuring they are empowered to deliver their best work.
- Manage cross-functional relationships with internal designers, producers, and local market teams to execute initiatives.
