Graphic Designer (Half-Day) Social Media, Design & Marketing Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and organized Graphic Designer to join our team in a half-day role as a Social Media, Design & Marketing Lead. This dynamic position involves creating and scheduling content for our LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, designing marketing materials, and producing employee and family newsletters. If you have a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while staying organized, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Plan and maintain the posting schedule, balancing ongoing campaigns with fresh ideas.
• Gather content from team members to highlight milestones, celebrate achievements, and share engaging stories.

Graphic Design:

• Design marketing materials, including brochures, patient forms, and presentations.
• Ensure all visuals are clean, appealing, and consistent with our clients branding.

Communications & Outreach:

• Produce regular employee and family newsletters.
• Support outreach initiatives with well-designed communication pieces.
• Create content for new projects, events, and data presentations to ensure clear and engaging messaging.

Collaboration & Project Ownership:

• Stay connected with the team to gather stories and insights for content creation.
• Manage the full content creation process from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
