Role Overview: As a Growth Product Manager at Laundryheap, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our business by helping drive customer acquisition and retention. Working closely with our global product team of 12 in India and Slovenia, you’ll implement and optimize referral programs, loyalty initiatives, and experimental viral loops to help fuel our growth. You will also refine onboarding and return order funnels to maximize conversion and activation.

We’re looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience implementing and tuning growth loops and optimising funnels. You have a passion for growth experimentation, a technical mindset, and the ability to analyze behavior data using clickstream analytics and SQL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and refine our referral and loyalty programs, along with other viral loops, to drive sustainable growth.
  • Continuously improve onboarding and return order funnels to enhance conversion and activation.
  • Analyze user behavior data using clickstream analytics and SQL queries to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establish, measure, and iterate on key success metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to execute and iterate on growth experiments.
  • Develop and implement A/B tests to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in growth, virality mechanics, and behavioral psychology to refine and enhance our strategies.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4-8 years of experience in a growth, product marketing, or data-driven product role in a B2C company.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results with referral programs and funnel optimization.
  • Proven ability to apply growth frameworks to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Technical proficiency and a solid grasp of how modern web and mobile applications function.
  • Data-driven - Ability to define success metrics, analyze data, and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Strong copywriting skills - Ability to craft compelling messaging to support growth initiatives.
