About the team

πŸ‘‹ Hi I'm Naomi, CMO at Motorway. I'm looking for an experienced Strategic Marketer to lead our B2B marketing efforts and deepen engagement with our 7,500+ car dealer partners.Β  Our team plays a crucial role in Motorway's success by building strong relationships with our dealers and showcasing the value we bring to their businesses. We're a collaborative, high-impact team that's passionate about transforming the used car market. We're looking for someone who shares that passion and wants to make a real difference.

About the role

  • Lead the B2B marketing team and define the strategy to grow Motorway’s brand and drive engagement with existing and new dealerships.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and retention across dealer segments (independents, franchises, and car supermarkets).

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market plans, marketing initiatives, and sales enablement materials for product launches and feature announcements.

  • Build strategic content plans for marketing channels, including social media, email, and web, to drive engagement and retention.

  • Partner with the Sales team to deliver customer-focused narratives and sales materials.

  • Manage the dealer marketing budget, ensuring activities are prioritised to maximise ROI.

  • Develop and execute a dealer marketing KPI framework to measure performance and generate actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Communications, Media & Advertising, Sales, and Analytics) to deliver integrated marketing campaigns with clear KPIs and reporting frameworks.

  • Partner with Communications, Brand, and Consumer teams to present a unified and cohesive brand presence.

  • Introduce fresh, insight-driven approaches to B2B marketing, leveraging creativity to drive differentiation.

About you

  • Marketing leadership experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the automotive or marketplace sectors.

  • A proven track record of successful go-to-market strategies, planning and executing product launches, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • A natural storytelling ability to craft clear, compelling narratives and innovative B2B marketing ideas.

  • The ability to flex and wear many hats: strong writing skills to draft strategic documents and briefs, and an eye for design to be productive thought partners with our creative teams.

  • A background in data-driven storytelling to help inform goals, marketing roadmap, and measurement plans.

  • Experience building strategic content plans for marketing channels like social media, email, and web.

  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills - effectively lead a cross-functional briefing meeting and present to senior stakeholders.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and effectively balancing analysis and execution with a strong ownership mindset.

  • Interview loop with team, including presentation - 2x45 mins, 1x 60 minutes
