We are a dynamic digital services agency that partners with leading global brands, innovative startups, and mission-driven organisations. Our work spans product design, development, and marketing, making us a trusted partner in driving growth and impact. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth and Marketing to lead our growth and marketing efforts during a 12-month maternity leave. This role is critical in driving new business, enhancing brand visibility, and leading a team to deliver impactful strategies aligned with business goals and will need to start no later than 24th March 2025

You will oversee growth initiatives, develop strategic marketing plans, and foster relationships to drive business development while ensuring seamless team leadership and execution.

Location

This role will be based in the London studio in Shoreditch at 154-158 Shoreditch High Street  E1 6HU. We currently have a hybrid policy in which you are required to be in the studio on our universal day on Tuesdays and either Wednesday or Thursday and are welcome to either work from the studio or from home for the rest of the week. We are keen for you to be involved in studio culture so the more you can get involved in opportunities for in-person social interaction; the better!

Key Responsibilities

Growth Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Drive growth initiatives and collaborate with the executive team to define and implement strategic growth initiatives.
  • Business Development: Drive lead generation, qualify new opportunities, and develop win strategies to convert leads into business.
  • Market Engagement: Cultivate relationships in new markets, leveraging expertise in sectors such as healthcare, and financial services to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Insights & Reporting: Analyze growth KPIs, present actionable insights, and recommend strategic adjustments to influence executive and board decisions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate across disciplines and seniorities, and partner with the client services team to ensure alignment of growth strategies and customer experience.

Marketing Oversight

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and oversee a team of direct reports, contractors, and a PR agency, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Strategic Direction: Guide the development and execution of marketing plans, content, and events that enhance brand visibility, drive awareness, and support business growth.
  • Resource Management: Ensure effective allocation of the marketing budget to maximise impact and ROI.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B business development, marketing, or a related field, ideally within consulting, design, or innovation sectors.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, relationship management, and driving strategic growth.
  • Expertise in marketing leadership, including campaign strategy, event management, and budget optimisation.

Key Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, cold outreach, and strategic account management.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align growth and brand strategies.

The salary band for this level is £100k - £130k depending on experience.
