Marketing Planning and Execution: Proven experience designing and delivering successful Marketing plans across the funnel, acquiring and engaging customers and deepening relationships through cross-sell and upsell.
Marketing by Numbers: Experience developing cross channel and bottom up marketing plans that are powered by clear insight and analytical rigour to ensure we’re delivering incremental sales growth for the business.
Creative Judgement: Proven experience leading marketing execution and creative delivery. You’ll step through the end-to-end experience as a customer would, and will sweat the quality of the onward journey as much as individual assets or ads.

You’ll have practical experience working agile and you’ll be skilled at leading teams in this way. You’ll harness an external profile and network to ensure we remain innovative, humble and always learning.
Influence: You’ll be an experienced influencer of that rarefied corporate beast: a senior collaborator (otherwise known as a normal human being who cares 😉). This means you can handle difficult trade-off decisions between opinionated leaders and across teams.
Management: You’ll have proven experience managing budgets, workflows and risks associated with delivering marketing. You’ll happily geek out over workflow tools, so we can focus our efforts to only the key priorities.

You’re not competitive over jurisdiction, team size, glory or power. You're humble, actively listen, and actively learn in order to create curious teams of T-shaped people that are non-competitive, psychologically safe, and achieve brilliant things together.
